Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in my country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. All shipments include tracking. International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. If your package is lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting me. I will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a refund.
